Information advantage is a critical factor for everyone in defence. In a data rich world, we need information advantage to be at the heart of how defence operates, to enable credible military options and achieve influence in a more complex and competitive world.
A collaboration between the Directorate of Joint Warfare and the Information Warfare Group within the Defence Academy, Information Advantage Awareness Module (IAAM), has now been refreshed to include:
- a new section on the audience-centric approach to operations
- a new and more up-to-date case study
Through a blend of videos, case studies and everyday analogy, IAAM has been designed to give people at all levels, an insight into what information advantage is, why it’s important, and what we can all do to help defence achieve it.
IAAM is now available on the Defence Learning Environment to anybody in defence seeking to learn more about information advantage.
